Weekly Meditation Practices

There are guided meditation practice meetings, every Tuesday at 7pm at Shanti Sadan.

Each meeting includes a set of practices that we can learn about and take up regularly for ourselves.

Here are the practices currently being done together each week. (They change every six weeks or so.)

These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. What we do at these meetings.

Talks on Non-duality

Talks on non-duality in theory and practice, and the connections with life, culture and other wisdom traditions.

The philosophy of non-duality is much more than 'just theory'. It points to a new understanding of ourselves and our relation to the world that opens up new sources of compassion, security and fulfilment.

Afternoon Course

Hear about the foundations, practice and goal of the non-dual teachings.

Talks on how to realise the highest potentials of our mind and getting set up for meditation.

And guided meditation practices with full explanations and directions.

About the Meetings

None of the meetings include physical exercises and no special clothing is required.

All the meetings are free. All interested enquirers are welcome.

(Please note that these meetings would not be of interest to children, and child-care facilities are not currently available at these venues.)
