Guided Meditation Practice

The regular guided meditation practice session held at 7pm every Tuesday (with a very few exceptions) at Shanti Sadan.
These meetings are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Each is a chance for beginners to learn the methods, and for those with experience to deepen their practices, in a supportive group environment.
At these meetings we do a set of traditional meditation practices that we can learn and take up for ourselves.
The practices typically include a preparation, breathing practice, visualisation, and meditation on a text. There is a chance to ask questions afterwards. The meetings last about 50 minutes.
No special clothing is required. Admission to all meetings is free, everyone welcome.
This session will be led by the Warden of Shanti Sadan.
We will be doing a new set of practices, which will then be done for the next few weeks.
