Events Running and Coming Up

Weekly Meditation Practices

There are guided meditation practice meetings, every Tuesday at 7pm at Shanti Sadan. (Exceptionally, there will not be a meeting on Tuesday 26th December.)

Each meeting includes a set of practices that we can learn about and take up regularly for ourselves.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

See the practices we are currently doing on Tuesday evenings.

Talks on Non-duality

There will be a series of talks on Thursday evenings at 7pm at Shanti Sadan from 8 February 18 - 15 March 2017 , on a range of subjects related to the non-dual teachings.

As our understanding of the teachings deepens, we see the principles of non-duality at work everywhere, and gain new sources of inner strength, peace and illumination.

About the Meetings

None of the meetings include physical exercises and no special clothing is required.

All the meetings are free. All interested enquirers are welcome. No need to book.

(Please note that these meetings would not be of interest to children, and child-care facilities are not currently available at these venues.)
