Non-dual practice and teachings touch on all aspects of life. They bring about a change in our understanding of our selves and the reality around us.
They are based on the understanding that our true Self is of the nature of pure consciousness, and at one with the Self of all.
The path involves a gradual expansion of our sense of Self, from identification with the body and mind, to the realisation of our identity with pure consciousness.
The more we practice, the more we see. As we see more, the practice becomes natural and rewarding.
In this section there are articles about the non-dual practices and the principles on which they are based. For more on taking them up and establishing our own regular practice see the 'My Practice' section of this website.
The practical teachings as a whole are sometimes known as Adhyatma Yoga, a Sanskrit term meaning the Yoga of the Self.
